Why don’t you make products for men?

We’re women and we don’t feel we’ve been represented as well as we could be in this burgeoning market. We know women love beautiful, well-made, useful, practical things. We change our clothes and accessories to match our mood and activities. Unlike men, we carry lipstick, breath mints, hand cream and perfume. Also, it’s important to us to stay organized. Although AnnaBís personally pays homage to Bob Marley and the Jamaican flag, we don’t necessarily want to have them on our accessories. There are plenty of things out there for our male counterparts and maybe someday we’ll elevate them too, but for right now, our focus is on women.

 

What is Odor-Containing Technology?

Our handbags and cases are designed with odor-controlling linings and a myriad of unique details that achieve the highest standard of odor-containment available in luxury goods today. Please remember, however, that though your handbag or case will have no odor on the outside, it may still have odors on the inside. Be conscious of when and where you open it!

 

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed in the USA and most of our leathers come from Italy. Assembly takes place by expert craftspeople overseas in a factory that specializes in high quality luxury leather accessories for some of the top brands in your closet.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

With AnnaBís, your handbag or case is already delivered in a beautiful purple satin signature dust cover. It’s elegant enough to skip the gift wrapping, but if you’d like to add an extra layer of elegance we’ll package your handbag or case in a box with tissue paper and a gold seal for $6. We’ll enclose a free gift card if you like.

 

How do I clean my AnnaBís handbags and cases?

We clean ours with a lightly moistened cloth, no detergents. Try to keep your AnnaBís away from oil and cosmetics, but if it becomes soiled, seek a leather cleaning specialist.

 

Can I see AnnaBís products in person?

We primarily sell online, but we do trunk shows and participate in events all over the country. Join our mailing list and we’ll make sure you know when we’re in your neighborhood.

 

Which AnnaBís Is Right For Me?

We’ve designed each product in the AnnaBís collection for a specific purpose:

  • The Chelsea Cross-body: We take Chelsea with us when we’re out for the day and night.  She’s got enough room in the top compartment for everything you need by day, and the generous bottom compartment lets you take anything from edibles to different varieties and tools that satisfy all night long.
  • The Melissa Multicase: We keep Melissa packed and ready to go anywhere, anytime.  We keep her by our bedside and take her out when we’re going someplace where we want to share, or off for a weekend.  She can handle a lot!
  • The Whoopee Vape Case: Going for a walk?  Have a fully-stuffed tote?  Don’t need a place for your mints, eye drops, hand cream, etc.?  Grab Whoopee and go.  Protects your investment discreetly!

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders within the U.S. will arrive within 5-7 business days delivered by USPS priority mail. You will be notified with a tracking number when your product ships.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer 2-Day and 3-Day shipping options, measured in business days. Only orders placed by 4PM Monday-Thursday are guaranteed within 2-3 days.

 

Does AnnaBís ship to AK, HI and PR?

We do, via USPS priority mail.

 

Does AnnaBís ship internationally?

Yes, but unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping on international orders and all payment must be in U.S. dollars. International orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 10-14 days. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, VAT or customs charges or delays that may occur when importing accessories to your country.

AnnaBis is not responsible for fees associated with customs in other countries.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact info@annabisstyle.com.

 

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. If something is wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know immediately. Please contact us at  info@annabisstyle.com with your order number and reason for return. (No returns will be accepted without a code from AnnaBís).

Please return all products unused, undamaged, in the original dust bag and in original condition for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.

Please note: Packages that are refused at delivery or returned without a code incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

 

What is your exchange policy?

We made each case with a specific use in mind. If yours doesn’t meet your needs or you’d like to exchange, we’re happy to do so within 30 days. Please contact info@annabisstyle.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

 

How do I cancel/edit an order?

Please write or call us immediately if you need to cancel/edit an order. If it hasn’t been shipped we’ll be happy to oblige. If we can’t catch it, the good news is that we offer free exchanges and returns within 30 days. Please contact info@annabisstyle.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Gift cards

We cannot accept gift card returns or exchange them for cash except where required by law. No discounts may be used to purchase gift cards. When a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.
